Please arrive with your hair fully detangled and ready for your selected service.

Wigs must arrive clean and ready to install. A cleansing fee may apply when needed.

No extra guests or children unless the child is receiving a scheduled service.

Payments: Cash is accepted. Apple Pay is available with an additional $3 fee. No other payment methods are accepted.

Deposits: All deposits are nonrefundable and will be applied toward your appointment balance.

Cancellations: Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment.

Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the deposit. A new deposit is required before booking another appointment.
